Antique Staffordshire England Creamer

Antique Staffordshire creamer. Features Plymouth Rock, the landing of the Pilgrims, the Mayflower in Plymouth Harbor, and the year 1620 on the handle. American Pilgrims written along the inner rim.

Rowland & Marsellus, importers, wholesalers and retailers, especially of 'souvenir' wares operated out of New York, and flourished c.1893 -1938. After its import from England, the creamer was then sold to A.S. Burbank in Plymouth, Massachusetts; a souvenir marketer from 1872-1932. This creamer appears to be late 19th century.
